“ I was honestly disappointed with our stay. They hotels are nothing like the pictures on the websites. Including Expedia. The buildings are older. I was especially disappointed with the pools. There was debris floating in some of the pools. The stay was great. They buffet was also nice and had a nice selection of food. I paid for the room in full on the Expedia website, but you're forced to put a 4,000 Philippine peso deposit down, which is returned when you check out. The beach was okay, but...

“Siamo rimasti inorriditi difronte al caos di questa struttura, un lunapark per bambini asiatici e famiglie che consumano ogni tipo di cibo a bordo e anche dentro la piscina con musica assordante, dalla reception nessuna informazione sull'area circostante e lingua inglese a livello scuola elementare. “They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there.
