“チェックイン時、清掃中の部屋の鍵を渡されましたが、まあそれも旅の思い出で許容範囲(笑) １階に常駐しているボーイさんたちが、チェックアウト後も荷物を大切に保管してくれました。 急に出かけたりした時なども、タクシーを一生懸命に外に出て探してくれたり、絶えず笑顔で接してくれて良かったです。”

“Il personale è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. La camera aveva i letti comodissimi ma purtroppo la tv non funzionava. Ci hanno cmq chiesto se volevamo sostituire la stanza .Piscina carina anche se non proprio pulita Si mangia bene.”

“It was our first time in Cebu, Phillipines, and we had a great time at Diane's hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and they had variety of options. The customer service was great and they assisted when we required something. They had complimentary disposal toothbrush and toothpaste with disposable slippers. They also provided bottled water daily upon room service. The pool was great and clean, we had no concerns. We would definitely be back again.”

“I think the system requiring guests to request slippers at the front desk should be improved It would have been nice to have at least 2 pairs of slippers in the room”
