“Great location and parking. Although there was a slight issue at check in, the staff was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. The condo was very clean and in close proximity to the pool. Great area for walking and close to restaurants and shopping. My only con would be to upgrade tvs in the bedroom.”

“Hotel is in complete renovation. It was dirty and loud. Staff was rude. Pool was filthy with black mold and filled with leaves.. the restaurant was awful.”

“We've stayed at this location multiple times to return to MD Anderson Center and it is very convenient. The staff is helpful and the parking is close. It's an added convenience that breakfast is on-site and included.”

“The night manager is a total rock star. Excellent man! He even brought me my doordash that was not dropped off at my room like i had requested. Ok, there are people just hanging out there, coming and going in the parking lot. Looks like drug activity among other things i saw. Some of the rooms had their doors propped open with clothes baskets at midnight. I was very uncomfortable. It made me feel semi safe that the manager was on top of things so well! The room though! “The older guy that does breakfast or works at the desk is rude and has a nasty attitude. He told me that it is against the law to transfer me over to a room for a guest which was a friend of mine. That is not correct, I work at a hotel now. You are not allowed to give out room number information, tell anyone about a guests room number, let anyone in the room that’s not a registered guest in the room and if you mistakenly give out a guest room number while telling them about where their room is...

“The hotel is old and needs updating. The handicap bathroom floor was always a flood of water since the drain is in the middle of the bathroom. we had to put down towels everywhere for it to be safe. Poor design. Fall and slip hazard for sure. Room smelled musty and unclean. No cleaning sprays were used for sure. Bare minimum cleaning. Pool is tiny barely a pool. No hot tub. No breakfast. Staff was nice.”
