“Great stay”

“We stayed only 1 night while taking my son on a college tour. The hotel was clean and room was updated. We had a view of downtown and the St. John’s River. Check in was great with Emileigh. She was so friendly and welcoming, and she continued to greet us when we walked through the lobby during the evening. This area of downtown seems to be a corporate//financial district so not many open/walkable restaurants nearby on the weekend, therefore we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food and...

“Rooms are nice. Friendly staff. 3 am fire alarm was not good.”

“Nice staff, clean and comfortable. A/C was cold which is a huge plus for me. Comfortable bed too. I didn't realize it when I booked it but we had stayed in this hotel 7 years ago. You can never go wrong with a Hampton Inn.”

“I made the mistake of walking around the room barefoot. Within a few minutes the bottoms of my feet were black. Towels so thin they would work as window screens!! Toilet rocked and felt like it was going to topple over. Needed to flush twice for each use. Coffee maker didn't work, even the replacement we requested. No butter or margarine for waffles. ”

“Dirty, toilet leaned to the side when you moved. Temperature in room was hot you couldn’t control temperature.”
