“The breakfast was amazing. The girl working the dining room was the most professional person we’ve had on a vacation. Walking distance to everything you need.”

Carpets in hallway were dirty with debris (not vacuumed), no clock in room, no ice or soda vending machines, not enough towels for a two day stay, sticky bathroom floor. No access of a cart to carry luggage and packages, terribly uncomfortable pillows and bed covers, long check in check out process (lines and only 2 desk clerks). “On the positive side there was hot water and the fridge microwave and AC worked. But the place was pretty beat up and infested with roaches. But it was cheap and not crowded. But I still think they should at least seal all the holes in exterminate the roaches”

“Room 163: the door does not lock. The toilet paper holder is dangling from the wall, which has small divots dug out of it. There is a bit of discoloration around the tub. The staff willingly gave us another room. Inside door latches/chains have been removed and painted over. The room interiors are dimly lit, with walls painted battleship gray except where they've been scarred or patched. Cleanliness is fine. The interior courtyard rooms are surprisingly quiet. “This was our first time here, location is very conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and even the carnival port for cruisers. We stayed the night before our cruise for May16. Check in/out was east ave quick. I don’t remember the guys name who checked us in but he has great customer service. “They overbooked and when I arrived I had no room for me and my family, after a been driving for hours to get there”

“This place was phenomenal. From the outside it looks a little scary, especially with the surrounding area but when you walk inside, it is really nice. They don’t offer complementary breakfast. But they do have a restaurant inside the building. We stayed in one of the rooms inside the building. I know there are some that are located outside the building. The one that we stayed in was gorgeous. Everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“The hotel is old and needs updating. The handicap bathroom floor was always a flood of water since the drain is in the middle of the bathroom. we had to put down towels everywhere for it to be safe. Poor design. Fall and slip hazard for sure. Room smelled musty and unclean. No cleaning sprays were used for sure. Bare minimum cleaning. Pool is tiny barely a pool. No hot tub. No breakfast. Staff was nice.”
