“The staff is great. They must have kept my notes from a prior stay, they put me in a corner room/ top floor which was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Bed linens impeccably clean. “Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures are incredibly deceiving. While the beds appeared to be newer, the rest of the property was in terrible condition, and the smell throughout the hotel was absolutely atrocious. You could hear everything through the walls, and the air conditioning barely worked. The front desk was almost always unattended, with a beat-up handwritten sign saying they would “be back in 15 minutes” that looked like it had become a permanent fixture. There...

“We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash”

“The place is a crackhouse …..not a place to stay on vacation especially with a family and young children. There was a party outside my room and I was afraid to open the door. Thank God I had my Dog with me, she is a good watchdog so I felt a little better. Stayed one night not two as planned.”

“The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and a lot of variety. We didn't have time to use the pool or the workout room or the hot tub, if there was one. But they look clean as well. We would stay there again without a doubt. Love that it's no smoking no pets.”

“When I got there at 9PM, I was told that there wasn't any available rooms & that Expedia overbooked them. Instead of helping or guiding me on how to find a place so late in the day or even show any sort of sympathy to the situation, the staff told me to call expedia and then walked away.. Expedia customer service was great but the staff at this hotel was useless.”
