“There was a live water bug in my bathroom. The renovations looked a bit unfinished i.e. seams, paint, windows. The lock on the door was loose. The beds were fresh and comfortable. The ice machines aren't on every floor. The walls are paper thin. The breakfast was disappointing; bagels, cereal cups and fruit juice. The furniture was nice and modern. Checking in and out was seamless. The location is excellent. Overall my stay was not what I'm used to.”

“La finestra è finta, non si apre, quindi non si cambia l aria e sei costretto a sentire il rumore del motore del condizionatore tutta la notte e soprattutto non si puo' cambiare l 'aria. Per me gravissimo. In America usano fare così e in tutti gli alberghi dove sono stato era così. Non vedi l' ora di scappare dalla camera. Il personale è solo nero o latino, quindi tutti molto gentili ed educati. ”

“Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, pulita, buoni i servizi e ottima colazione inclusa. Avrei preferito la doccia senza vasca, ma può essere utile. Ottimo il cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani e che venga rifatta la stanza. Tutto ottimo, solo un po' rumorosa (credo per gli impianti esterni). ”

The toiletries and towels were great in regards to clean and smelled great. The cons were the bath towels did not fit around my waist and I'm only 215 pounds, the towels definitely need to be larger. “Nice and very clean room. Beds and pillows so comfortable. Hotel Shuttle bus take you to metro station, which is only 25 minutes from downtown Washington. Great breakfast.”

“Situato lungo il fiume dove il pomeriggio o la sera è piacevole passeggiare. Camere ampie, buona colazione. Nulla da eccepire. Ovviamente il prezzo influisce sul giudizio. Se si trova una camera intorno ai 180 euro li vale tutti (fino a 200).”

“Two issues: hot water was not all that hot and the building fire alarm was having issues - it went off a 1AM when I was staying and the strobe light in my bathroom didn’t stop flashing until 8 AM. Fortunately maintenance disconnected the strobe in my room so I could sleep. I overheard the fire department say this was the 25th time they had been called to the property in 2026 on false alarms. This needs resolved ”

“La reception, la zona relax, l'area ristoro tutto molto bello, peccato che la nostra camera era MOLTO MOLTO piccola, non c'era posto nemmeno per aprire i bagagli. Il letto era da parete a parete, attaccato alla finestra, si faceva veramente fatica, per una buona sistemazione bisogna prenotare camere sopra i 200 Euro a notte. La posizione dell hotel è ottima da un lato, verso la parte nuova della città, dall'altro lato..direi di no. Eviterei.”

“I love my stay at this property. Suites are clean, spacious with amazing views of Navy Yard, Nationals Park and the Capitol Building. The staff was very friendly and supported me throught my 7-night stay. Free breakfast was much better than anticipated, with a wide variety of choices to choose from. Overall, one of my best stays in the DC area. Recommended 10/10!”
