“Air conditioner made so much noise rattling that had to shut it off . Noise was loud . Thought a refrigerator was a common thing to have in room but no refrigerator. Tv was so small and to far away to see it . Had to sit close ti see it”

“Room is big and nice, shower almost no water ridiculous. Breakfast more or less like nothing, junk industrial food every day the same.. Manager in charge rude and not ready to provide any Customer Service.. For sure better options around..”

“El servicio es pésimo desde que uno llega le dan largas para no darle la habitación aunque esté pagada no son nada considerados cuando uno viaja con menores de edad y aunque la habitación esté pagada no se la dan y no saben ni buscar las reservas no se lo recomiendo a nadie pésimo servicio al cliente”

“Location convenient to restaurants and quick access to highways to get all over the metro. Staff very friendly. Breakfast below average compared to other brands, but adequate. Some longstanding design issues with all Springhill Suites, like the glass bathroom door, no real divider between sleeping and sitting area, and you can't see the tv from The couch. Hopefully they will fix those inconveniences in future renos.”
