“Unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay as long as planned but the room was adequate and quiet. A bit of an odd smell at first (someone may have smoked inside at some point) but nothing terribly offensive. Shower light was in need of replacing.”

“I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels. This one was noticeably less cared for than others. I only found one staff member who was helpful. The only other one I encountered had ear buds in while I was trying to ask a question and was visibly annoyed while I was interacting with him. Certainly not a warm and inviting atmosphere. “2nd time staying at this hotel. I loved the room was clean, had full sized fluffy pillows, 4 pillows in king room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was well stocked and maintained well. Easy access, right off the highway right next to a McDonald's, Wendy's and Panara just across the highway along with a Target. We will be staying at this hotel the next time we are in town.”

“The halls of the hotel had a heavy perfumed scent, possibly to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke from long ago. The front desk staff that checked me in gave a confusing and fast explanation about making a refundable deposit for incidentals, but then changed the option and made me scan my phone to pay a small fee for "RestAssure guest services subscription". I really hope this is not an on-going subscription and would have preferred to pay a refundable deposit instead, as I had also hoped for...

“One of the worst girls I’ve even been in. That’s saying a lot at I was in the military. I’ve also been traveling all over for the past 15 months. There are so many repairs that they literally do not care to fix. The breakfast was a joke. All prepackaged muffins and pop tarts. Very dirty. It smelled. Bathtub didn’t drain.
