“The hotel was largely vacant, with several areas boarded up. The entrance had dirty floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and there was no attendant at the front desk; instead, a kiosk was available for assistance. Inside our room, we noticed a few hairballs on the floor, and the mirrors were dirty. When my daughter accidentally spilled her water bottle, I used a towel to dry the floor, but the towel turned black after wiping up the spill. “Room very nice and clean but amenities were disappointing. Breakfast advertised was terrible, elevator broke, and pool looked dirty. Would not recommend at all if you want more than just a clean room.”

“Parking was good. Breakfast ended at 9:00 instead of 10:00 Room had.bugs, microwave was broken and we had to sleep with microwave door open or it beeped on and off all night. The light from the microwave kept us awake.”
