“Absolutely unacceptable experience at WoodSpring Suites Clarksville. I called ahead days in advance and spoke with management (Whitney, Assistant General Manager) to inform them I would be arriving late. I was clearly told that late check-in would not be an issue and that staff would be available. I arrived shortly after 3:00 AM and was completely locked out of the building. I repeatedly used the after-hours phone (dialing 500 as instructed), but the line stayed busy and never connected....

“Loved the ambiance of this hotel. Only stayed one night but it is definitely in a great spot downtown with a lot within walking dictance. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the rooms were spacious clean and comfortable”

“We we're received with excellent care by the front desk person who made us feel welcomed and told us some great places to go. This is in a perfect location within the city with lots of walk ability. We will definitely return for another staye”
