“I really enjoyed the staff upon check-in and the room was nice. Although it’s completely out of the Hotel’s control, a few people were in the parking lot being really loud about 3 am.”

“The location of the hotel is the best thing the hotel has going for it. However, the facility is worn out and has not been maintained. Carpet is worn out and dirty. Rooms are dark, furnishings are worn and dated, no attention to details (back on TV remote missing). WiFi inconsistent and addressing the issue not possible until the next day. “The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. He tried to get us a room close to everything and was very nice to work with. But we ended up with a handicapped room and the only thing different was that it had a chair to use in the bathtub. The walls were patched up in the bathroom and the toilet seat was very low.
