“Property is brand new only a month old , everyone is so nice and it’s so clean ! ”

“Staff is very welcoming. We stay in early spring and the property was still in need of some “spring cleaning “. Outside porch was worn and chairs were dirty from winter. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was very nice. ”

“The floor above us was very noisy. We had to ask the front desk for help with this two times. It sounded like running around, jumping, and banging things. It sounded like a stampede.”

“Well I say the staff have been excellent to work with and for us they've been very helpful and very kind everyday they check and ask us however accommodations are and if they can help us with anything so as we're staying at the hotel I wouldn't recommend it to about anyone it's a great convenient place the rooms are comfortable and up to date”

“Got a “non smoking room” and it had cigarettes burns everywhere and smelled disgusting. Go anywhere else”

“Staff were very helpful prior to my checking in when I had trouble getting to the location and gave me tow truck information. They ensured I got to my destination instead of living out the rest of my days on the side of grandfather mountain. If I could give 10 stars I would.”
