“We stayed overnight on our way through to Virginia. There was a slight ac issue in the halls but they had it fixed with ac’s in the hall. Room was comfortable. Pool was amazing and we worked out in the small gym but we slept well and enjoyed. Price was perfect too. Breakfast was good, I didn’t like the fried eggs but the biscuits and gravy YUM!! I didn’t care for the coffee but was still amazing. I used the cappuccino machine and it was great but very sweet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay...

“The front desk hung up on me when I called to ask a question. The check-in was difficult, and the room was disgusting. This hotel did not feel safe either. It was also much further away from destinations than stated. I requested a refund through the property after sending photos of hair and stains on the beds; however, they refused to work with Expedia to issue a refund. The hotel will also charge a $250 security deposit upon arrival. Do not stay here, my family left due to the unsanitary...

“Clean room, friendly staff. Not much for breakfast options. Was hoping for at least one gluten free option even If i had to buy it at the little market shop. But there were none. Comfortable beds and pillows. All in all, a great overnight stay at a good price.”

“Room was disgusting. Sheets were not clean. Bathroom was fully stocked with dirty towels with visible stains. The room was advertised as wheel chair accessible, however, it was not at all. The space between the bed and "entertainment" center was far too narrow to get a chair through. On top of that, though being advertised as wheel chair accommodations, the bath tub had a two foot tall lip. This room was not accommodating at all. Absolutely horrendous environment and room.”

“Our first room given had hairs in the bathtubs like it was never cleaned after last use. Upon looking at sheets there was hair in both beds in the room. I thought it was just a fluke. We went down to the desk and asked for a new room. They were accommodating. We got another room on the same floor. There were hairs in each bed in the new room still like they have not been changed. The windows in the 4th floor had handprints all over them as well which surprised me for a Hilton. We are not picky....

“Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was wonderful!! Raj (I didn’t know how you spelled it. Please excuse if spelled modern or other Sanskrit form) was awesome at check in. Fast and efficient. Nikki really came to the rescue later on when I locked myself out of the room. I really appreciate the genuine personalities that people lead with and this place has an abundance of that with these two. Thank you so much for your kindness.”

“Not great breakfast. Burn bacon! I asked the front desk to give me the receipt he said it sent my email. I dislike it. I did not ask for protection plan $9. ”
