Tutto perfetto
La struttura si presenta esattamente come nelle foto. Ambienti e spazi ariosi, un fantastico terrazzo vista mare, dove puoi cenare o fare colazione ammirando ed ascoltando il rumore del mare. E' situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalle spiagge di Cefalù, permettendo quindi di evitare l'uso dell'auto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, Salvatore sempre attento alle ns esigenze. Grazie. Consiglio vivamente questa location.

Soggiorno a Cefalù
Abbiamo preso questa casa a Cefalù non conoscendo la zona e una volta ambientati devo dire che la posizione era ottriamo, ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi per il paese. La casa è molto carina ( non rende dalle foto) , la terrazza che affaccia sul mare uno spettacolo al risveglio. Salvatore è un bravissimo host molto attento ai dettagli ed anche adatto come guida turistica . Ci ritornerei

Appartamento con terrazza
L'appartamento affittato corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Ha una cucina grande due camere spaziose ( noi essendo in 2 ne abbiamo usata solo una naturalmente), un bagno con una bella doccia e un'ampia terrazza vista mare dove abbiamo pranzato tutti i giorni. Nelle camere ci sono i condizionatori. Il proprietario è gentilissimo. In 5 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 10 nel centro storico. C, e anche un posto per l'auto. La consiglio vivamente

Spazioso, pulito e luminoso apartamento con vista mare
L'apartamento era come nell' annuncio. Bello, luminoso, spazioso, con grandissimo balcone e vista mare. Cucina arredita, lavatrice, Fohn. Il locatore era molto gentile e subito disponibile, se abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualcosa. Parla anche bene italiano. Importante, che c'e anche un parcheggio privato gratuito, visibile del balcone. Per i piu anziani forse e importante di sapere che non c'e un ascensore. Grazie a Salvatore per il bellissimo soggiorno.

TUTTO PERFETTO!!
Inizio subito col dire che la casa è dotata di tutto il necessario, spaziosa e funzionale come le foto dell'annuncio. Sicuramente il balcone con vista sul mare le dona veramente quel qualcosa in più, semplicemente splendida. La posizione è ottimale, circa 5 minuti a piedi per arrivare in spiaggia e altrettanti per il centro storico di Cefalu. La famosa accoglienza sicula non è stata smentita, infatti il proprietario (Salvatore) è estremamente cortese, professionale e disponibile. Dopo la nostra permanenza ho l'obbligo di consigliare questa casa per godersi appieno una vacanza perfetta.

Ampio appartamento con un grande terrazzo affacciato sul mare da cui godersi il tramonto
L'appartamento dista pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dal mare. A disposizione anche un posto macchina che risolve non pochi problemi. Il terrazzo è vivibile e permette di godersi l'aria aperta anche nei giorni caldi. Visuale sul mare e la rocca di Cefalù. L'host è stato molto disponibile alle nostre esigenze e ci ha dato molti consigli sulla zona. Da segnalare anche il suo tocco personale nell'adornare l'appartamento con manufatti artigianali fatti da lui

ottima sistemazione, superiore alle aspettative
abbiamo soggiornato dalla fine di giugno al 6 luglio 2018, bella posizione dell' appartamento , annuncio corrispondente alla realtà, gestito direttamente dal sig. Salvatore, giovane gentilissimo, serio e scrupoloso. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Cefalù.

OTTIMA SOLUZIONE
Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana, proprietario disponibilissimo, casa ottima per rapporto qualità costo. Casa ampia, 2 bellissime camere da letto e un divano letto comodissimo. Noi eravamo in sei e gli spazi erano più che giusti. Il parcheggio sotto casa era perfetto. Poi la casa si trova in un punto strategico. Per andare al mare o al centro storico bastavano 5 minuti a piedi. Il punto forte era il terrazzo da cui si poteva ammirare uno splendido tramonto.

Stunning views
This apartment is just as advertised. Salvatore was a great host. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. No elevator, be prepared for stairs. But that makes the view spectacular. It’s a 3-5 minute walk downhill to get to Via Roma where there are shops and restaurants. The center of town is about a 15 minute walk. Walking back is uphill. It’s very doable.

Het appartement komt precies overeen met de beschrijving. Het betreft een groot en schoon appartement. Appartement is voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Appartement is op loopafstand van zee, boulevard en oude centrum. Er is een spoorwegovergang in de buurt, maar dat is niet hinderlijk. Salvatore is een aardig en behulpzaam persoon. Hij reageert alert op vragen. Naast Cefalu en Palermo ( ideaal per trein) is ook binnenland een aanrader. Wij hebben genoten.

Schöner Urlaub in empfehlenswerter Wohnung mit bestem Meerblick
Ich habe bereits zum zweiten Mal einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung genossen. Saubere, geräumige und gepflegte Wohnung mit großem Balkon und Meerblick. Salvatore ist ein sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und hilft bei Fragen und Problemen sofort. Lage 10 Minuten zum Strand, 15 Minuten in die Altstadt und 5 Minuten zum Supermarkt. Unterhalb des Appartements befindet sich die Bahnstrecke, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da der letzte Zug um ca. 23.00 Uhr gefahren ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub genossen. Danke Salvatore.

Wunderschöne, geräumige und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Herrlicher Ausblick auf das Meer und die Altstadt.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wunderschöner Urlaub, tolle Wohnung
Salvatore ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Er holt und bringt die Gäste zum Bahnhof. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alles da was man braucht. Großer Balkon mit Meerblick, (und Blick auf das Bahngleis, es fahren nicht viele Züge, der letzte fährt um 22 Uhr) 2 große Schlafzimmer, Schlafsofa in der großen Küche. Zum Strand und Supermarkt geht man 10 min zu Fuß, in die Altstadt 15 min. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Danke Salvatore

Beste Vorraussetzungen für einen wundervollen Urlaub
Nach einer sehr anstrengenden, sehr späten Anreise, hat Salvatore uns freundlich empfangen in dem geräumigen, sauberen und sehr schönen Appartement am Ortseingang von Cefalu. Ein großzügiger Balkon mit Blick auf die Bucht von Cefalu ließ uns in Ruhe ankommen und wir genossen unsere Mahlzeiten dort sehr. Die Sonnenuntergänge dort anzuschauen war jedesmal ein Spektakel. Salvatore war hilfsbereit und antwortete sehr schnell auf evt. Fragen. Auch die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war gut und bot gute Möglichkeiten, zu kochen. Die Lage ließ auch keine Wünsche offen: In 10 Minuten war man am Strand, in 5 Minuten bei dem ausgezeichnet sortierten Supermarkt und in einer 1/4 Stunde beim Bahnhof, wo es ausgezeichnete Verbindungen nach Palermo und andere Destinationen gibt. Cefalu ist ein wunderschöner Ort, der touristisch gut besucht ist, sich aber seine Ursprünglichkeit erhalten hat. Wir haben einen sehr erholenden und anregenden Urlaub genossen und werden sicher gerne noch einmal wiederkommen.

Fantastisch appartement/ Very nice appartment / appartement très jolie
Heel mooi en groot appartement dat volledig uitgerust is. Met een adembenemend zicht op Cefalu, La Rocca/kathedraal en de zee vanop een groot terras. De eigenaar, Salavtore, is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en geeft volledige uitleg in engels en italiaans. Het leven in Sicilie is misschien een beetje luidruchtiger dan U verwacht. Mensen met slaapstoornissen misschien best oordopjes meebrengen. Very beautiful, well equiped and spacious appartment with beatiful vieuw on Cefalu (Rocca Cathedral en the sea). The owner, Salvatore is very helpful and reachable and provides all information is english and italian. Possibly the italian lifestyle is somewhat more noisy than what you are used to.... Très bel appartement, spacieux et bien équipé avec très grande terrasse, vue sur Cefalu (La Rocca/cathédrale et la mer). Salvatore, le propriétaire est s-très serviable et aimable et vous fournit avec tous information nécessaire.

Beautiful Cefalu
Enjoyed a lovely week in this apartment. Salvatore was vey friendly and helpful answering any questions promptly. The apartment is well situated only minutes walk from the beach and supermarket and a little further to the old town with plenty of good restaurants. You need to be fit enough to climb the stairs but that is clearly stated beforehand. The only very small issue we had was that the description says there is a kettle. We took this to mean an electric kettle but in fact water must be boiled in a pan. Salvatore took this on board and said he will consider providing an electric kettle in future. Apart from this it is well equipped and we were well able to make meals for ourselves when we wanted. Easy train journey to Palermo which is a beautiful city. We did not need to hire a car. Would have no hesitation recommending this apartment and Cefalu. Thank you Salvatore.

Seaview apartment with spacious balcony
Two large bedrooms with good beds. Spacious kitchen/living room with tv. Just 10 minutes walk from the beach and another 5 minutes walk to the old town. Only minor drawback is that building is very close to the railway and a railway crossing. Free parking spot at the buiding. Salvatore is a first class host. He replied immediately when when we asked for assistance, and he was very informative ahead of our arrival. I would have given this apartment 5 stars if the shower door had been fixed before our arrival, and hopefully this is fixed as I write. I recommed this apartment and I would like to return.

Bel appartement, très bien situé!
Nous avions choisi cet appartement parce qu’Il offrait un stationnement pour l’auto et que nous voulions être près du centre de Cefalù. Mais même si on n’a pas d’auto, je le recommande. L’appartement offre deux grandes chambres, une salle de bain, et une cuisine qui fait aussi office de salon. Et surtout il offre une très belle vue sur la mer. Près de tout: épiceries, centre historique, plage, restaurants. Tout se fait à pied. L’appartement est propre et relativement bien équipé si on veut cuisiner. Il est situé au 2e étage, et l’édifice est propre et sécuritaire. Malgré la voie ferrée à proximité de l’immeuble, l’environnement est calme et nous n’avons pas été incommodées par le train. Mais prévoyez quand même des bouchons. J’y retournerais sans hésitation et le recommanderai à mes amis.

Die perfekte Ferienwohnung
Wir waren im September 2018 in dieser Ferienwohnung und es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Salvatore hat und sehr gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben und bei weiteren Fragen antwortete er immer sofort per Whatsapp oder telefonisch. Wie andere Gäste auch hat uns der Balkon, auf dem wir morgens frühstückten, besonders gefallen. Eine super-Aussicht auf das Meer und das Panorama, Einfach fantastisch! Zum großen Supermarkt (Deco) und zum Strand nur ca. 10 Gehminuten, in der sehenswerten Altstadt von Cefalu mit seinem großen Restaurantangebot auch nur wenige Minuten.

Appartement parfait pour 5 ou 6 personnes
Localisation idéale dans Cefalu, à 10 minutes à pied du centre et 5 de la plage. Appartement relativement propre et équipement fonctionnel. Propriétaire très sympathique et à disposition. Seuls points negatifs : l'eau du robinet et la ligne de chemin de fer passant a proximité. Malgré cela, ces deux petits bémols n'ont pas gaché notre séjour. Grande terasse avec vue sur la mer, idéale pour les apéros !

Sehr schöner Urlaub in traumhafter Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, hat alles was man braucht und der Blick vom Balkon ist gigantisch. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch bis zum Strand oder in die Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Great apartment and great location
The apartment was comfortable and pleasantly furnished. It was mostly very clean with plenty of space for 2 couples. The location was 5 or 10 minutes walk to the start of the old town and to the beach. The last few paces up to the apartment were quite steep and then you walked up to the 3rd floor. OK for us but not for everyone. Overall we loved it and had a great stay.

Tolle Stadt, super netter Vermieter und für diese Preiskategorie alles was man sich wünscht
Ferienwohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Meerblick war super. Lediglich die Einrichtung ist eher einfach gehalten. Bei dem Preis der FeWo aber ja auch klar. Cefalu selbst ist einfach traumhaft schön!

Ferienwohnung mit guter Aussicht.
Diese Ferienwohnung liegt in der Nähe zum Stand und die Ortsmitte ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gut ist auch ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. Vom Balkon hat man einen prima Blick aufs Meer!
