“Room was super clean and staff was really friendly. Enjoyed the room service from the restaurant inside the hotel. Food was very good, especially since we didn’t have to travel. Partnership with Yolk was great for breakfast.”

“Beautiful hotel, great staff”

“Hotel was nice and clean. The only complaint was the hot water in the shower was not working.”

“The hotel was clean, modern, and freeway accessible. My family enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the free EV chargers. However, what stands out most in our minds were the warm and welcoming staff—across the board, the front desk was spot-on in terms of their welcoming hospitality. Everyone who staffed the front desk went above and beyond our expectations. They were all so kind, helpful, and much appreciated after a long drive cross-country. Thanks again to everyone who helped us at Residence...

“We had two rooms for the weekend and both rooms had plumbing issues. We called the front desk for help and they told me to go to the front and get a plunger. The bathrooms did not flush and they refused to give us different rooms. They also smell like sewer.”
