“Immediately got a compliment on my choice of hotel from my group as soon as we walked in the room. No issues with the television, bathroom or beds! Staff/front desk was very friendly and let us check in about 45 mins before our official check in time! The cabinet that the refrigerator is in is a little broken in room 423. It was that way when we arrived. ”

“This hotel is 100% up to the Ritz-Carltons high standard, service was super room was super. So YES we are absolutely coming back next time we are in Dallas - 6 star hotel if it was possible!”

“It was really wonderful to stay at Westin 2 times in a row. We were suppose to stay one night at this place and the second night at a different hotel. Since the everything was wonderful and satisfying first time we decided to come back and stay second time. This hotel can use extra help at the front desk but other then that it was superb. ”
