“Room was unclean upon arrival but decided to stick with it. Later when laying in bed i found a LARGE cockroach crawling on the floor. about 3 inches in length. Immediately took a video and went to the front desk staff who was unhelpful. Decided to leave the hotel after that. Expedia was extremely useful to get a refund and video evidence helped.”

“When we first arrived we were greeted with bad news. Although the front desk lady was extremely helpful and friendly, she had to give the bad new that our room was not available. Thanks to the corporate not giving her acces to the hotel inventory. In my opinion she should have complete access in order to fo her job accordingly right?
