“Brand new property, clean , staff was fiendly, parking was great. The bathroom door needs a weather strip, its a big beautiful door, but a big gap to see right in while your on the toilet, not a huge deal breaker but could be improved. Also the bartender took over 5 minutes to get to us, and no bar was not full by any means. Plus Plus the executive cheif had a chat with us at breakfast very friendly! Would stay again if had the chance.”

“We had a great experience, from the valet, to front desk, to the bar staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful, clean, and definitely felt like a luxury hotel. Our room was nice and the view was fantastic! We were attending a concert at Toyota Music Factory and it was one a 10-12 minute walk. Several restaurant options in the area. We will definitely come back to stay again when we have more time to explore. ”

“Staff was amazing. Concierge staff was 5 and was instrumental when my phone broke in facilitating the shipment my new phone and keeping it charged on a bed when it couldn’t be charged from the port. Will def stay here again when in Dallas”

“A/C was off so the room was quite warm when we walked in. We turned on the A/C to a comfortable level.
My wall chargers kept falling out of the sockets. The contacts inside the plug won't grip the charger prongs. Loose fitting sockets are potentially a fire hazard.”
