However, when I tried to call to ask for a transfer, nobody answered the phone number I was provided. I called at least 3 times and no answer. “Staff was rude during breakfast time both times, the breakfast was great which was a let down dealing with the rude attendant. The rooms smelled bad upon arrival but did look clean. The power went out the following morning and staff was very unorganized and unprofessional in handling the matter. They did not give us any credit for the early checkout nor had any information to how long or why we had to be in a hot dark hotel room. “We booked this place because of an airline delay and thought it was close to the airport, but it's not. When we got there, it was in a nice quiet area. Check in was good, nice people - but when we got out of the elevator and looked down the hallway - It felt and looked very rundown and dirty.
