“I can't do much in the way of reviewing since I didn't actually stay there. My flight from DFW was cancelled due to weather so I made a reservation at this property because it had airport transfers. However, when I tried to call to ask for a transfer, nobody answered the phone number I was provided. I called at least 3 times and no answer. The power went out the following morning and staff was very unorganized and unprofessional in handling the matter.
