I checked in and made my way to the building - the elevator was not working and the lights were dim in the hallway. Another guest told me the staff was coming to fix it. After waiting several minutes - no one came so I went back to the lobby. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was also the person that was supposed to fix the elevator.
