Hotel vicino a Center in the Square - Roanoke

“The room was immaculate, and I loved how the staff was patient and at the ready for whatever questions I had! They took such good care of us!”

“ The staff was lovely but our room didn’t have conditioner and previous water was left in the champagne holder. We tried breakfast, biscuits and gravy, and my order was very cold/not edible. It was also very loud. ”

“Location was great (love the brewery) and parking was easy and convenient. Check in was easy. Bed was low to the ground and pillows were in the flat side. Couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to connect (needed Roku login). Couch in livingroom was a little worn and when the air came on, it was very loud throughout the night.”

“Nice clean modern hotel. My only complaint, shower had very little water pressure. The shower heads are terrible . This is a problem for me as i enjoy a good shower. Everything else was fine”

“Downtown Roanoke is very loud. There were a lot of cars revving their engines Friday and Saturday night, straight out of the Fast and Furious. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a good nights sleep on the weekend. The hotel was fine. We were in the accessibility room, and it was ok, but the box spring of the bed was broken and there was only one trash can. I did tell them about the box spring when we checked out. Hopefully it gets fixed before the next customer.”

“Had a great night stay after a long day of travel. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I have to mention the great customer service. Hours after we checked out, I called in a bit of a panic thinking my husband may have left his wedding band behind. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful... they took the time to thoroughly check and follow up. (Thankfully, we ended up finding it!) The hotel was also very convenient with easy in-and-out access, and we appreciated...
