“I heard about the excellent staff before I booked and wow was I ever surprised. The staff are some of the best I’ve ever seen. The lady who served us in the concierge lounge was one of a kind. Some thing minor issues like outdated room. And our shower wasn’t the cleanest. La Ronde was an excellent experience (high price). Overall will be staying again. Thank you for everything ”

“The situation in Jasper Town was not very good due to the big 2024 wildfire, but all the staff were very kind and helpful. Also the building is very cool, clean and in a good position. Recommended!!”
