“Staff were amazing. Helpful and kind. A bottle of wine left for us was very kind as we were celebrating my husbands birthday. Room was very well equipped and layout was much better since it was recently renovated. Very clean. the room we were given had amazing views of the mountains.”

“My husband and I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Calgary Tower, so the location was excellent. We arrived on Saturday and parked, overnight, across the street in the Calgary Tower parkade … the weekend parking rate was considerably less than hotel parking and was very secure - it’s an indoor walk from the parkade right to street level. Cross one crosswalk and you’re at the hotel. There were plenty of restaurants close by as well. Everything at the hotel was fantastic…. From the front...

“The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Had an airport luggage cart which we used to take our luggage up and then dropped it off at the airport when we checked in for our flight the next morning. They also helped us when we used the long term valet parking. The restaurant was good with lots of choices. We had supper there and it was enjoyable as well as tasty. ”

“It was our anniversary and they were amazing, they not only upgraded our room for us, but we were welcomed with a surprise of champagne a congratulatory card and dessert! It was really fantastic and although it’s going through construction right now and there were times of a bit of noise it was still wonderful ”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”
