“This apartment was fantastic. It was clean, quite except for the ambulances which is expected in the city. The location is great. We walked to everything except the Griffin Museum and Shess Aquarium which was just a short ride away..Had a great time with our 2 college kids. Charlie was a great host and was quick to respond when we had a question. They only thing that would make this place even better is a L-shape couch so that everyone has a comfortable place to sit after a day of walking.”

“Grand Indeed! James and Jeri-Lou’s attention to detail and commitment to providing their guests a positive experience, coupled with the outstanding unit 50 floors up, made a memorable stay. The detailed instructions they provided about picking up “The Bag” and how to use its contents were VERY helpful. The doormen were friendly and knowledgeable. As we entered our romantic retreat, we were greeted by a personalized message on the TV screen welcoming us to this paradise in the sky. Nice touch!...

“This property was well-appointed and comfortable. It was very nice to come back after a day of touring the city to relax, have everything we needed and a few extras, and enjoy the exraordinary view.If we need a place in Chicago near downtown again, I really hope this one will be available. “We came to Chicago to visit museums and the apartment was clean and conveniently located. It had everything we needed for our stay. One note, parking is listed as an amenity. However, it wasn’t included, though there were many secure lots within a block to pay and park.”

“The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was very well kept. Everything was clean and functional and we didn’t have any issues. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and also has a target nearby for quick grocery trips. Connectivity wise, there’s a busy stop within walking distance but no train stations.The host was also very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have any trouble checking in or checking out.Overall a great experience and comfortable stay.”

We did have to deal with missing players ok fusball table and pool may need new accessories but we still enjoyed our time there overall i would recomended. “The property was exactly as advertised. The building and rooms have smart locks, making the place feel very secure. There were many eateries and shops within a few minutes walk of the property. Be aware that there will be some ambient noise from passersby, traffic, etc. but that is to be expected given the location. Navigating to and from the property by car can be a bit anxiety-inducing if you aren’t familiar with Chicago traffic, but we found it pretty manageable as out-of-state visitors. The...
