“Only issue was a slight delay in reviewing and approving my request for staying an additional day. I had almost had removed all of my times and loaded into my truck before I received the approval. They were very nice and apologetic for the delay, and noted it was a system issue. Otherwise, everything was great.”

“This property is just west of Hwy 1 in Oceano. It is walkable to the beach, there is a small grocery type store a block away and a great Mexican restaurant about two blocks away. The unit I had was upstairs, very comfortable and clean. There is no air-conditioning so on a hot day it took a long time to cool down. This is very rare in Oceano where high temperatures are usually in the 60s or 70s. My hosts were very communicative but not overly so and responded to any request I had very quickly. ...
