“Excellent hotel Surrounding areas is amazing”

“Had cold water the first night but that was fixed the second night. The trans person receptionist was very dismissive when I told them about the water issue. There were people being very loud outside in the central common area until near midnight. The breakfast was also very limited. All that said, it was very clean in the room and the inn itself has an excellent location central to pretty much everything in Ocala.”

“Everything was wonderful airport shuttle was quick and polite, rooms were clean, many restaurants to choose from to walk to. However the lady that checked us in upon arrival was anything but friendly. Not a single smile, quite rude and snippy when talking to our family. She couldnt have cared less if she tried. The gentleman beside her checking in other guest was warm and friendly, wish we had him to check us in would have started our stay on the right foot. The rest of the staff was amazing,...
