“My phone completely broke while I was there and they very kindly ordered me an uber to the airport. Very nice staff”

“My room was never cleaned. I had no shampoo or lotion in any of the containers that they have hanging on the wall. Never got fresh towels. The staff was nice at the front desk. The bartenders were nice. And courteous. It felt understaffed. No one ate as far as I could tell in the dining room restaurant. It felt like the whole hotel needed like 10 more people working there to make it run well.”

“This hotel only has in room coffee, we had to ask for more coffee supplies as the only options were Starbucks in the main lobby and Blazers cafe on site. No microwaves in the rooms either, have to use the microwave in the snack area in the main lobby. The room was clean enough, beds were ok, not great. Plus extra $ for paid on site parking. The fridge was not working when we got there and ice was scarce, even though there was a machine on every floor!”

“Very unenthusiastic rude front desk guy. No greeting. Went up to the room he gave us. There was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Thinking it was a mistake, we went in to find the room in disarray and obviously someone still staying there. Went back to front desk, no apology, just rudely gave us another room without a word. Asked for best way to walk to the Civic Center and he just waved his hand in a general direction without a word. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Would not recommend.”
