“I enjoyed my stay at the Galt but my expectations were not exactly met. I booked a Deluxe Suite in the west tower with a balcony, which was the main reason I wanted the pricier room. But the balcony was infested with spiders! Understandable, but you would think they’d clean them as they clean the rooms especially in the summer months. “Despite being in downtown there’s lots of garbage and pee smell all over restaurant and bars close early even for weekends and overall probably a place I would not go back to but that’s just me personally I like to feel safe and have fun while on vacation while taking a walk to the local CVS let’s just say it was an adventure heavy night action lots of bums hidden in between buildings and harassing you for money”

“The staff was their best asset! Very helpful, friendly, tried to accommodate any need!! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy!! We ate at the steakhouse in the hotel. Great food and our waitress was absolutely the best!!! The lobby could accommodate several groups of people!! Would stay there again!!”
