Hotel vicino a Russell District Marker - Louisville

“Small kitchen helps for several days’ trip. the air conditioner unit near a bed at studio unit is loud. ”

“air conditioner was running, mini fridge was dirty, no microwave. the staff were very sweet and helpful and I have nothing bad to say about them. the motel itself was dirty and something about everything had a weird vibe. The door to our room was hard to get into (we weren’t the only ones this happened to), and when the door was fully shut there was cracks and you could see sunlight coming through. the people around were also very sketchy and it was overall the most scariest and worst stay ever...

“This is my preferred hotel when travelling to the Louisville area. You will not find a better hotel in this price range. Also it is just 5-10 minutes across the bridge to downtown Louisville. Clean, nice rooms, quiet and safe.”

“Breakfast was fine...nothing extra. Staff was friendly. Their was marijuana odor evident while walking thru the halls at times.”

“We came in for a volleyball tournament and we love the fact that we walk from the hotel to the facility. The hotel is great and has coffee! Amazing! ”

“Upon entering, there was a noticeable foul smell. The tables were not clean, and we also found cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Because of that, we ended up going out to buy disinfecting wipes, air freshener, and even a blanket so we felt comfortable enough to sleep. We honestly turned it into a “make it work” kind of night and still had a good time together, but cleanliness and upkeep definitely need improvement. Wouldn’t choose this location again. ”

“nice place to stay, the rooms should have a microwave in them ,and you only get 1 washcloth when you check in , i stay there about 20 nights a month, i travel alot for business and you can always count on T-Ann she rocks and keep this place going”

“Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff did their job but not super friendly. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Parking was very easy. I did not love the location but it was clean and comfortable. ”

“Reviews are faked! Prices were greatly increased from $59 to $101/night due to the Volleyball tournament, Flea Market and Dance competition which occur regularly at the Kentucky Expo Center each season and each year, but based on the condition of the room/property, they do not use the revenue to conduct upgrades to the property. My room was not even cleaned. There was dust on the desk and lamps, dirt in the holders in the tub, toothpaste (I hope) splatter on the faucet, and dirt on the floor....

“The rooms were run down with no electricity in the bathroom and I’ve tried to call 3 times about this and I get no answer.”

“Room clean, no odors, cool so used heat and temperature stayed even. Breakfast was minimal. Waffle, muffin, bagel, cream cheese, and cereal. ”

“Parking was easy. Check in was smooth. Cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards. Dust everywhere and hair. The fridge has leftover beer from another guest in it that hadn’t been cleaned out. Would not stay here again. ”

“Very quiet room and the hotel seemed quiet too (no drama). The guy that checked me in was awesome and very helpful. Great location. My 1 tiny complaint is the office had a bad smell. Great place!”
