“I have been taken by Expedia I cannot believe that they have done what they have done I have asked many times for someone to call me with Expedia and nothing has been done they have taken 454 of my hard earned money and they have kept it I did not stay one night at this motel I don't have any type of information and therefore it won't prompt me to speak to a customer service person an actual person I'm dealing with this AI idiotic stuff which is absolutely ridiculous I'm requesting once again...

“Clean room, friendly front desk staff. Room was pretty basic, but quiet. lobby, hallways & main areas are in need to a remodel. Biggest issue was checkout time - 10am. That is a very early time for checkout. Most hotels are 11am-12pm. I would have definitely preferred a later checkout time.... ”

“The shower faucet was broken, which affected the shower spigot. The door in the bathroom was falling off the hinges. The beds were also very uncomfortable.”
