“When we checked in, they said "no smoking and if you do, you will be fined $250." We do not smoke, but when we walked into our room, it smelled of smoke. I went to open the window (ground floor) and there were numerous cigarette butts outside the window, sitting there in the dirt. “The room was clean. No amenities like other places but did have plenty of towels. The breakfast bar was pretty non-existent. Only thing good about the breakfast was the coffee. It was good!”

“The rooms were nice, we stayed in 1116 and we didn't see any staff our whole stay! Pet friendly with an area to take them potty. Didn't see a dumpster for trash but there are trash cans on the walks. Close to college Mall!!! Well definitely be staying again in the future!!”
