“When we got there I had u knowingly ordered a smoking room. The smell as we came off the elevator was horrible. As we found our room two cigarette butts Kay in front of our door in the hallway??? That was shocking. The staff was on top of things and put us on a different floor in a clean smelling room. So my only problem I guess was with housekeeping.”

“Hotel was remodeled. Nice view of the river, but the floor in the room still had crumbs and water bottle caps. The inside of the bathroom door had handprints everywhere and looked like someone had spilled something on it ??? Sheets had small holes and the comforter looked like it had stains on it. Made me question how well they washed everything. Had I not been so tired, I would have asked for a different room or for them to do a thorough cleaning the next day. I hope the hotel can invest in...

“The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Would not recommend ”

“Elevator could not be called up to the forth floor from the fourth floor, Had to walk down to third floor to go down the elevator to lobby. Missing electrical cover under table and on wall”

“Room was clean and in nice condition. Nice that there was a bar area in the evening. My only complaint was our keys kept malfunctioning. One wouldn’t work and then the other wouldn’t work. It happened three times. ”
