“The room was fine for an absolutely no frills stay. The temp didn’t stay consistent, the fridge didn’t work, hot water wasn’t consistent, no shampoo or hair dryer. The room was clean and bed comfortable.”

“Property was supposed to be a non-smoking, but the elevator and the room I was assigned had a strong stench of smoke, mixed with room freshener :(. But, the front desk staff moved us to a different room, which seemed better in terms of room smell. Found that very weird when every room is non-smoking. As far as the room features, such as toilet, sink, shower are concerned, it felt extremely run down. ”
