“I booked a single queen room that Expedia says sleeps 3 meaning that they should have a sofa bed in the room. When we went in the room it only has a single queen but nothing else. The hotel says our accessible rooms are single queens only. So my only choice was to change rooms to a non-accessible double queen plus pay an $20.00 for the room.”

“They allow dogs but charge $75/night for them (not mentioned) and then require that you not leave them alone in the room so that meant room service for me.
Then the coffee maker was broken in the room so more room service.”
