“breakfast was fresh and room was clean”

“Elevators were broken. Upon arrival paper signs everywhere alerting of this issue. Property was not very maintained leak stains in various places of the hotel. Room including bed and bathroom were clean which is most important to me. Good complimentary breakfast. Staff answered questions and check in and checkout was smooth.”

“Great place to stay. Very convenient to local activities and shopping. Our room had the curtain that draws across the room for added privacy. Our son slept on the pull-out couch. He is 6'2 and 180lbs and he said it was perfectly comfortable. Great kitchenette was a big bonus.”

“What I liked was the availability when I scheduled for my 3 night stay. What I didn’t like was I had to have my room key changed daily because the key did not work for the first 2 days. There was an empty area that said washer & dryer ice machine and snack machine on the 3rd floor. The employees were nice, however, I expected more since that is my choice hotel to stay in while I am traveling.”

“el personal es miy atento en espcial la encargada de la comida ! pero en las ocaciones que nos hospedamos siempre nos tocan habitaciones dañadas ! carpetas mojadas climas con goteras puertas de los cuartos o banos dañadas ! tv desprogramadas! tenenos 2 meses y eso nunca a cambiado pero el servicio se comida es genial , por eso nos henos quedado”
