“Welcoming Staff was great, unfortunately, two separate staff members indicated smoking on the balcony was permitted. We found out it was not when the Sunday morning desk clerk, Jasmine, kicked us out of the hotel, and the manager avoided speaking with us for hours. his only concern was charging the $250 and kicking us out.
Cleanliness was ok except for all the marijuana smoke odor throughout the hotel and most disturbing coming from the room next door to us. when we complained about it, twice...
