“A very clean and comfy stay the night before our flight”

“The hotel has easy access to I-84 and a number of good local restaurants. The breakfast bar had 2 omelette options plus sausages, cereals, and cinnamon buns. The coffee was especially good. This was our second time stopping at this hotel on our way home from Pennsylvania.”

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

“Coffee maker was broke, there were pieces of other travelers things on the floor and in the bathroom. Shower head to short to stand under. No plastic cups in the bathroom.”

“We were told that house keeping would be every other day.....not the we had to ask for towels daily....only time the room was serviced was on the 3rd day about 3pm.....we left Monday.......some staff were very helpful while others were busy in the back office and kept us and phone calls waiting....we will never stay at this hotel again”

“The bathroom door was not closing while in the shower. We notified staff in which they instructed us to only put towels, and they were unable to switch our rooms as this apparently is a common occurrence. My mother is older and could’ve slipped.”
