“Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. ”

“All I really care about is a clean room. It was fine-ish, but when the staff came to clean our room after having to request a cleaning, they sort of made the bed, tossed some towels in the bathroom, emptied some of the garbage and left the rest. Towels on the ground, trash left in random places, nothing wiped down. It was less than bare minimum. Super disappointed. They were not well equipped to handle the busy weekend. Also, the buffet breakfast for $15 is every other hotel’s complementary...
