“Why was I placed in a handicap/disabled room? I am not disabled and I did not ask for a disabled room. I booked a single queen room. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The sink was very low and no counter space I need for personal items when preparing for bed and getting ready for the day in the morning. Awkward for a not disabled person😳😬”

“I love the location of this hotel. It’s convenient for a 1 night stay. It doesn’t have the amenities such as microwave and frig in each room or breakfast but it is clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The price for the room was very reasonable.”

“We arrived on the heels of a snowstorm after driving 10 hrs. We were greeted by a well-dressed, highly professional desk clerk who efficiently and eagerly answered all of our questions and a few we didn't know to ask. I do not recall the woman’s name but she was a young woman from Great Falls. She was just a gem! Our room was clean, smelled great and the shower was perfect. Breakfast the next day was outstanding!
