“We were very pleased with this Red Roof lodge. The main lobby was very clean and cheerful. At check in they were very friendly and accommodating. We were not sure what condition the place would be in as you see pictures on line but things could be different when you arrive. This one was not different. So we booked another night stay. During the next day I was amazed at the amount of staff they had working to keep the place clean They did also have a nice area to eat breakfast with plenty...

“The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”. Will not go back. Poor customer service”

“We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The room was updated, spotless, and very comfortable after long days at the ballpark. It was an easy 25-minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park and only about 15 minutes from the charming town of Cooperstown, making it a great location for both baseball and sightseeing. The property is exceptionally well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach and swimming area. It was the perfect place to relax...

“Best greeter ever in the lobby. Jack was very friendly, immediately came to attention. Walked right up to us and expected pets and loved belly rubs! (Just to be clear, Jack is a very adorable cat). Human staff was very nice as well, was only an overnight stay but it met expectations for an impromptu trip. Room was clean and was properly serviced, bed was comfortable. Didn't have a chance to dip in the pool but it looked well maintained.”
