“Super cute little place!! Worked out well for my family of four plus our four legged pal!! The kids loved looking out at the fish ladder and Dam on the river and the big TV in the living room. The pool was an added bonus and got plenty of use by my kiddos too. I only had a few complaints with our stay over all. “We really liked the unit, but had issues with communication and check-in. Received multiple messages about check-in, but they were wrong. Door code did not work. Had to call the after hours number and get a new code. That only got us to the security lock that had been left on by the maid. Had to go to a second door to get in. Once in, had to lift suitcases up two flights of stairs- we knew that in advance, didn’t make it any more fun. Then the WiFi. We used the one referenced in the email, but...

“Great location with walking path on Deschutes river just outside, making it easy to walk along river and to town. Quiet location except the soothing sound of the river. Nice size room, and like kitchenette.”

“We rented through VRBO and we had no address or unit number or any instructions on how to check in and didn't even know that we should have had the VRBO app. So we got directed to somewhere 30 minutes away trying to find the directions through the website where we made the reservation. The place itself was very nice the staff was nice the online process was a little bumpy and we checked in an hour later than we expected to because we couldn't even find out where we were supposed to be”

“This was a great spot to stay for us in Bend. If parking wasn't available right in front of our room, there was plenty of parking just 30 feet away. It had a great view, and the windows had privacy film on them, so people walking the tail by the window can't see in. Speaking of the trail, it was perfect having that easily accessible from the unit! The kitchenette was really useful as well.
