Room Service and condition of some of the chairs was disappointing and having no one answer your calls is unacceptable. There is no hot water provision in the room. the best part was the excellent staff who did everything to make it up, they waived certain fees as well as offered free breakfast (brilliant) . though the smoke from controlled fires from the city which was not their fault made breathing in...

Poco importa che nel bagno ci sia una specie di vasca idro massaggio. Letto duro, il condizionatore sembra un motore Perkins degli anni ‘70. Il ventilatore sul lampadario funziona solo con la luce accesa! Ambiente pulito, ma non giustifica quasi 150 euro!!! ”

“Room was good but some deep cleaning is due. Splatters on the vinyl box spring, some surfaces need to be wiped down. The housekeeper can’t be expected to do that along with their regular cleaning. Desk clerk pleasant! Breakfast was good! ”
