“The lady at check in was lovely. However, the property leaves something to be desired. The building entrances are not locked, there were some unsavory characters hanging out in the parking lot and in vehicles, and the smell of marijuana smoke was present in the hallways. I stayed in 4 hotels in 4 days and this was the most expensive of them all. There’s not many hotel choices in Delta, but this was pretty disappointing. ”

“Manager at front desk did not let my stepson check-in even though I had prepaid for the room through Expedia. He was unable to stay at the hotel. This is inconsistent with Model 6 policies, as I later verified with the parent company.”

“Esperienza negativa, abbiamo prenotato questa struttura per un determinato giorno da casa(in Italia) una volta che siamo arrivati in America per svariati motivi abbiamo fatto ritardo e siamo arrivati in struttura un giorno dopo. Abbiamo spiegato la situazione alla signora della reception e lei ci ha detto che loro non potevano darci la stanza che avevamo prenotato il giorno prima senza farci pagare niente.
