“We were not allowed to check in because we had a cat and they don’t allow cats. However I had called the number on their website that morning to confirm they allowed cats and was told they did. Apparently the number listed was not the correct number, although I double checked it and it was the number listed, and whoever answered the phone identified it as a Travelodge. We had to find another hotel. ”
