“This property is excellent. The staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. My friend was very excited about the place. The check in clerk was not the most friendly and was more rigid than was necessary? But the other staff and their friendly attitude made up for and feelings I had about the start of the encounter. Again, this place will be one of my go to when I am in Kingston ”

“The property is well kept, the atmosphere relaxing, but most of all I felt very safe. The communication level however at first could've been better. The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. I'll recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet place away from home for a couple of days”

“Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either.”

“Best value for money in Kingston. Safe, clean apartment with everything you need for self-catering and great air-conditioning and wi-fi. So close to the US Embassy, our trip went smoothly. Only issue is that check-in is very late and check-out is very early.”

“My overall trip was good. I have stayed at the Terra Nova on several occasions and it had always been immaculate, however I noticed a few flaws on this trip. The window curtains had a few ring top hooks missing which caused some parts of the curtains to hang loose preventing full closure. Some of the chairs in the lobby could use some upholstering and the pool is never available for the guests to use because there’s always a private function taking place on property. Otherwise a good stay. ”

“The hotel is very clean, my room was spacious and really comfortable, staff were very professional, and the breakfast was really good with continental options at the buffet. I loved that there was a Jamaican breakfast option prepared to order. Nice rooftop dining was a vibe! Only cons are getting to the parking lot was tricky with the really close corners and tiny spots. And the pool…or lack there of was disappointing. It’s more for esthetics than practical use. Didn’t have a lounging vacation...

And the house keeper they were very friendly and helpful even down to the remote for the Telly they help me and my brother, I didn’t get the chance to take them properly but next time. ”
