The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. “The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was no elevator, but the staff carried all of my luggage to my room (and I had a lot of luggage). Breakfast was DELICIOUS and reasonably priced. My Jamaican friends stayed with us on this trip and they said the breakfast was 'a real Jamaican breakfast'.”
