Hotel vicino a Centrepointe Theatre - Ottawa

“Fuori dal centro, ma in una zona comoda (per noi che avevamo l'auto)e tranquilla, nei dintorni fast-food, grande supermarket, un po' di tutto. E' un college che d'estate viene utilizzato come hotel, le camere sono quindi dei mini-appartamenti formati da zona cucina con frigo, microonde, e tavolo. Zona notte formata da due camere quasi matrimoniali con scrivania e tv (vecchio modello). Bagno con doccia. Cortile comune gigantesco interno dotato di tavoli e barbecue. Manca il phon e il bollitore...

“Le spa a meme l'hotel est un gros plus. La chambre était agréable. Par contre, le restaurant de l'hotel laissait à désirer. Ce n'était pas bon et mon conjoint a fait une grosse indigestion.”

“The rooms and facilities are cleaner than expected and staff were friendly with my pet. There were clearly renovations taking place in the property, but the disruption was minimal. I was hoping to find a safe lock in the room, but it was not available.”

“No bar inside…. What a pity”

“It’s a new hotel and everything is very clean and modern. The gym has a peloton, 2 treadmills, an elliptical, a cable machine, dumbbells, mats and yoga balls so we really enjoyed those amenities. There were towels, but there were no wipes or disinfectant to clean off the equipment after use though. The parking was confusing. The front desk gave us a QR code for parking but didn’t explain how to use it properly. We ended up paying twice for parking, $46.”

“Great room with huge bathroom and shower in a prime location. Restaurant and café was awesome. Downside is the parking is not convenient and you have to pay if street parking is not accessible. There was a party with very loud music at the restaurant on Friday that kept us awake until 3 am and a hockey game playing on Saturday so lots of noise as well late into the night. Finally quiet on Sunday for our last day.”

“We had a very nice stay at the Hard Rock. We were in Ottawa for Hyrox and the location worked out to be perfect. It’s only a 20min ride from downtown where all the restaurants are. We stayed at the silver suite and it was incredible. The gym was top notch. I just wish they had a spa or an indoor pool but overall very great experience. We dined at the council oak restaurant twice and loved it. ”

“Tout était parfait. Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons à votre hôtel et à chaque fois nous adorons. Nous voyageons avec nos adolescents et nos chiens en grande famille. Et cela se passe toujours extrêmement bien. À mentionné qu’il est mieux de mettre plus de trois serviettes dans une suite où il y a au moins quatre places de lit pour dormir aussi. Il est important de laisser dans l’espace cuisine un sac pour la poubelle, car cela vous aidera énormément au niveau de la gérance des...
