Only one major inconvenience... The elevators situation... One is out of service and the second one was acting up. Difficult to understand how this could be possible.At the end of our stay it was still not resolved.. this older couple had to stop on 3rd floor on the way up to 6th... It's too bad as it is a very nice place... I've stayed at many Sandman unfortunately this will stay on my memory as the elevator fiasco. ”

“I stayed for two night me and my two buddies we only reserved for one night at first but then decided to stay another. The bed was like sleeping on clouds, the kitchen cleaner then my mom’s kitchen. Pool was nice and warm hot tub was perfect. As well as the chop steak house next door was absolutely delicious thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in the grand suite”

“Parking, breakfast and wifi was included so it was peace of mind for us. Superficially clean but there was some dust on curtain panels in our room and panels were dark blue so it was visible. Overall it was good and yes for sure I would consider this business again if we visit Ottawa. ”

“L’hotel si trova in posizione molto comoda per spostarsi a piedi nel centro di Ottawa. La cucina è un po’ datata, ma è comoda e funzionale e c’è tutto il necessario per preparare pasti semplici e veloci.
Letto e cuscini confortevoli, camera ampia e nel bagno c’era anche lo specchio per il make-up.
Il personale dell’hotel è stato molto cordiale, in particolar modo un ringraziamento a Laura della reception per la sua disponibilità.
Il parcheggio è un plus.

“I chose the King Bed option so I did like the larger room and the bed was very comfortable. I did like choice of the pillows with some very soft to firm.
I had dinner at the Keg restaurant last night and it was fantastic with friendly staff.
It’s to early for breakfast but I know from experience I will have several options.”

Busy hotel with lots of guests,yet still was quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job keeping up with the turnover!”

"Good Hotel, Nice personnel at the reception (I don't think I've seen teh same person twice in a 4 days stay). Nice room (17th floor), minimalist decor, the espresso machine in the room was a great surprise. Overall a very good stay.
Only, minor, issue I feel I could report is that the lights in the bathroom are very dim, making it hard to shave precisely (there was a magnifying mirror, but that got even less light).

"La zona intorno all'hotel pessima (senzatetto, drogati ecc), ma è un problema comune a molte città canadesi. A 5 minuti di strada si trovano però il ByWard Market, il Rideau Canal e Parliament Hill. Qui ci sono tantissimi negozi e ristoranti. L'albergo dispone di una bella piscina e di una palestra ben attrezzata al quinto piano. La nota dolente è la pulizia. Il pavimento della suite era molto sporco già al nostro arrivo e nessuno, a parte il cambio biancheria, ci ha proposto la pulizia della stanza, anche a pagamento (non ti sistemano neanche i letti, non puliscono stanza e bagno e non c'e neanche l'occorrente x farlo da soli). In compenso le suite sono molto grandi e dotate di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Divano letto assolutamente scomodo per dormire
