“Esperienza TERRIBILE!!! Un uomo della manutenzione é entrato in camera (anche se chiusa) senza bussare o chiedere, mentre io e mia moglie eravamo a letto!!! Abbiamo urlato e io in mutande gli ho gridato di uscire, lui ha solo detto “OPS CAMERA SBAGLIATA” in reception ,i aspettavo delle scuse invece mi hanno solo detto “ah si lavora qui in hotel come manutentore, ha sbagliato camera””

“For what it is (a motel/Inn), it’s one of the best we’ve been too. Relatively clean and beds are really comfortable. We were just there to sleep and shower, but we do rent a room there 3-4 times a year and always been fine with the staff and accommodations! ”

“I enjoyesd my stay the only downside is that the room is not serviced the American way i stayed in room 208 it can get noisy the weekend from guest from the restaurant smoking outside the window all problems that inhad was handle right away or next business day ”

“Staff wasn’t what I would call helpful. My 19 yr old student was travelling across the country. Arrived late, after midnight and travelling all day: when she arrived they wouldn’t allow her to check in without a credit card. Everything was prepaid. My daughter called me, 3:30am. I tried to give my credit card over the phone to pay incidentals, she wouldn’t allow it. Not good enough given the circumstances of her travel. Students don’t all have credit cards. ”

“Comme d'habitude, personnel gentils, juste un bemol, difficile d'avoir un parking, beaucoup de monde du Koana spa, qui prennent les parkings, donc les clients qui ont une chambre, cherche un parking.”

“My stay at the Residence Inn was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and easy, which made arriving after a long day of driving much more convenient. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and that standard carried through to the room as well. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided plenty of comfort. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the cleanliness of the entire hotel...

“Tipico Holiday Inn. Colazione povera, ma sufficiente. Piscina microscopica e piena di cloro”

“Good Hotel, Nice personnel at the reception (I don't think I've seen teh same person twice in a 4 days stay). Nice room (17th floor), minimalist decor, the espresso machine in the room was a great surprise. Overall a very good stay. Only, minor, issue I feel I could report is that the lights in the bathroom are very dim, making it hard to shave precisely (there was a magnifying mirror, but that got even less light). Definitely looking this place up first should I get back to Ottawa.”

“Camera grande, pulita, due bei letti king, piscina coperta! A mezz’ora di autobus dal centro. Colazione varia e molto buona, un po’ piccola la sala colazioni rispetto alla quantità di camere per cui abbiamo trovato sempre un po’ di confusione. Parcheggio gratuito.”
