“Great hotel, staff and breakfast”

“Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. My room was lovely but very noisy so windows are single pane (the hotel is a listed building) but there was what sounded like construction noise outside/nearby all night which...

“Bellissima atmosfera”

“Great bones, frustrating execution The decor, location and staff at Mollie's were genuinely excellent — the staff in particular were helpful whenever I could actually reach them. Unfortunately, the tech let the whole experience down. The WiFi wasn't working, which meant the TV didn't work either. The Bluetooth-controlled lighting was vague and unintuitive to operate. But the biggest issue was being forced to download an app just to contact room service or the front desk — there was no option...

“I liked the decor but the room was in the basement and felt like a dungeon and right next to an entrance door for staff and below the lobby entrance stairs so was so noisy as well as the window right at ground level in a busy alleyway so lots of noise and no privacy.”

“room was incredibly beautiful and with a stunning view from floor 18, loved it. I had everything, cooking facilities, toiletries, a good hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, everything!! perfect. The girls working at the reception were so nice and helpful. Men a bit rude but that’s everywhere.”

“Ottima struttura fer famiglie. Colaxione eccellente. La stanza ampia e pulita. Letto kingsize comodo, un po meno il divano letto delle bambine. Bagno con doccia e vasca, piccola nota negativa, nella doccia non arrivava l'acqua calda, ma per il nostro breve soggiorno ci siamo adattati senza problemi all'utilizzo della vasca da bagno utilizzandola come doccia. Pesonale gentile e accogliente. Posizione eccellente,a 2 passi dal centro. rapporto qualità prezzo, buono. ”
