Hotel vicino a Centro Commerciale ABC Place - Nairobi

“Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, location is convenient and i will recommend my friends and family to stay there when visiting Nairobi Kenya.”

“Perfect boutique hotel in Nairobi. Definitely recommend staying here!”

“Nice”

“Hotel ben organizzato.”

“The bathroom were too small. It was not possible for one to use the sink and another to open the shower at the same time. Staff were friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure comfort. They allowed us to use the front desk charger since ours did not have a universal plug in. Breakfast was excellent.”

“Great hotel. The gym was good, but they opened up later than scheduled. Their restaurant was good and there are other restaurants across the street. The rooms were excellent. Safe area. Beautiful hotel too. The cons: WiFi was weak in the second room that I was given. It was strong in the UZI building, so request that building. The pillows were not good. They did not provide shampoo, but I brought my own anyway.”

“The check in process was an absolute nightmare. I had a confirmed booking with Expedia, but on arrival it was clear something was wrong when they asked me to have a seat - for 2 hours! The hotel had given away my reservation for a 1 bedroom and simply cited they overlooked Expedia. Wow. So they put me in a studio thinking I wouldn’t notice? “Great place to stay when in Nairobi.”

“Hotel caro para lo que ofrece”

“Excellent, mais cependant il manque un climatiseur”

“I had a terrible experience with them. The quality/amenities of what I booked for was not what was provided. For instance I booked for a full apartment with kitchen and pool available, however, I was given a very tiny bed sitter with a kitchenette and no pool or bar whatsoever as was advertisd. The standard of accommodation provided was very poor in comparison to the amount I paid for. A friend booked more than 2x cheaper accommodation close to the test center and was 10x bigger, beautiful and...

“ Mi sono trovato bene, ben accolto, l'appartamento era grande, pulito. Anche fuori orario mi hanno aperto il bar, e la colazione era soddisfacente. Non c'è l'ascensore, ma può essere fastidioso solo se stai ai piani alti.”

“First time but definitely not the last. Location is everything.. Perfect for couple of nights. Breakfast was very good, just by the pool. Don't expect luxury at this price but it's very comfy and staff is amazing.”

“Good size and decent comfort for the price. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was lovely. Host was nicely responsive via whatsapp when I needed them. Location was great with a mini mart close by and easy Uber to everywhere. Had a couple of issues with quality of towels and bedding, some were old and ripped but host did their best to resolve. Hot water was bizarre, there's a switch outside on the balcony where you need to turn it on and off. Electricity ran out one night too and was a faff to...
